Created and manufactured by Top Trumps USA, Inc. under license from Hasbro, the official owner of the Monopoly game and brand, the game is available for purchase today at local retailers.

- Enchanted Rock holds the boards most iconic and most expensive piece of real estate with a bright blue square, costing four hundred Monopoly dollars to purchase. Closely following, Hamilton Pool occupies the second priciest square on the board at three hundred and fifty Monopoly dollars.
- Iconic parks and beloved outdoor spaces featured include Pedernales Falls State Park, Stonehenge II, Cibolo Center for Conservation, Jacob’s Well, the Comal River, the Blanco River, and the Guadalupe River.
- Historical locations including The National Museum of the Pacific War, Lyndon B. Johnson National Park, Gruene’s Historic District, Historic Downtown Georgetown, Dr. Pound Historical Farmstead Museum, and The Carrington are also featured.
